STEP 1: Initial Contact
When you send a message via email, text or voicemail, I’ll respond within 48 hours to say hello and schedule a brief consultation call. This gives us a chance to connect and make sure we’re a good fit.
STEP 2: Free Phone Consultation
In this short phone call (usually around 15 minutes), we’ll talk a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and I’ll answer any questions you have about how I work.
STEP 3: Scheduling Your First Session
If it feels right for both of us, we’ll pick a time for your first session. I’ll send you some simple forms to complete before we meet, so we can make the most of our time together.
