Hello there. My name is Naomi Krajewski. I am a therapist, an artist, and above all, I am an optimist. I believe that with the right help, deep healing is possible.
Negative experiences shape how we think about ourselves, but they don't have to define us forever. We can learn new ways of relating to ourselves and the people around us via a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Some people prefer talk therapy; others like movement; some others may reclaim their worth through expressive arts; most of us respond well to a combination of interventions tailored to our individual goals.
With a therapist who can hold space for you with compassion and wisdom, you can overcome obstacles and cultivate resilient wellbeing.

I might be helpful to you if:

-
You know what it is like to feel held back from life, but don’t know how to engage
-
You crave connection and community, but feel uncomfortable reaching out to others
-
You feel disconnected from your body – you may not even recognize there is a disconnect
You might even believe you are somehow less than human.

I am here to help.
Welcome

About Me
I have known for a long time what kind of therapist I want to be - kind, warm, and inspiring hope in the people who trust me to help them through life’s rough patches using a creative mix of interventions. Imagine my delight at seeing that University of Denver offered a certificate in Animal Assisted Interventions as part of their MSW offerings. I signed up on the spot, moved to Denver from California, and started the training. As a life-long animal lover, I am thrilled beyond belief to work with my canine co-therapist, Jaya.
As passionate as I am about my work, I understand that the key to a happy life is finding balance between work and play. I love to take long walks with Jaya. Natural spaces nourish me and I appreciate the calming presence of trees. The mountains impart a sense of wonder. Although I miss the ocean, which I could see from my apartment in California, I only have to imagine it to feel the peace of being at the beach.
My creativity is also an important part of who I am. I enjoy performing with my improvised theater team and I am passionate about binding handmade books. I am a fan of whimsical adventure in real life and in my imagination – I aspire to ride in a hot air balloon sometime soon. There is nothing better than being absorbed in a good story. Libraries are magical places to me.
These are the ways that I nurture myself in order to better serve my clients. Find my professional resume here.
